1. The Site Survey: we look at the bird problems that you are experiencing, and talk to the people involved to enable us to understand the problems
2. The Report: We complete a detailed report outlining our understanding of your bird problems, our recommendations to solve the problems, and the costs of each. Where possible we will give more than one option for your consideration.
3. Discussion: Once you have had a chance to review our report, we are available to discuss our proposals with you and to agree an implementation plan and a start date. We will provide you with all required risk assessments and method statements.
4. Implementation:
a. Proofing or Cleansing Works: Having completed a report for each day of work, we will ensure that the final completion of the work is signed off and documented. For proofing jobs, we will agree with you an ongoing maintenance programme.
b. Hawking Programme (Falconry): We will implement the bird control programme, completing the frequency and number of visits specified in the implementation plan. We keep you informed with reports of our observations and any work carried out, which are left with a site contact. We scan our copy of the report, which can then be e-mailed to anyone you nominate, ensuring that all levels of management are kept informed as to progress.
5. For ongoing hawking programmes we report back to you the details of every visit, along with recommendations so that we can respond to changes in site conditions. We work to ensure the minimal level of activity within the budget that has been set.
